I lived in an APT here in 1985 - and even back then, it was horrible. Roaches, filth, crazy neighbors, rude managment. About 1/5 of the tentants then were illegals, 1/5 college age and rest were regular workers. But reading these reviews today is really hysterical. This place was a dump 27 years ago - and it's still a dump now. Only now, it's over 50% illegals - but back in the 80's, there were roaches, but no bedbugs. You've got to be CRAZY to live in a smelly, dirty place place that's filled with illegals and bedbugs. PS: The dark brown individual apartment entrance doors are actually hollow-core in the center. This is against the fire code, which requires solid-core doors. If you call the fire department and report that, they will force the management to replace them all - at about $250 each!
