Aweful place to be in. Rude staff, or actuallly I should say Joyce is always rude on the phone, everytime you call her for an issue she almost hangs up on you and make you feel like she has no time for you!!! Mice is a constant issue!!!The building is infested with mice!!! It's taken care by bringing traps, which I can certainly do myself. What am I supposed to do??? Bring a cat to please them???Neighboors are terrible!!! People putting loud music on at 2 am, kids running in the hallway and nobody takes care of that. Outside doors are always open, which doesn't make you feel safe at all. Hallway is disgusting, it's cieaned once a week and not even vaccumed... I'm not even bringing up the laundry, it's so disgusting that I have never used it. If you want a quiet and clean place, this is definitely not the right choice!!!!
