Hanover Woods is a nice community made up of working families, single parents, and young professionals. There are a few Section 8 apartments, of course, but most people on Section 8 are good people, contrary to what a lot of people think.
There used to be drug problems, I hear, but that´s all over now, believe me.
There are necessary repairs to be made, that´s true, but overall the apartments are nice. But the best thing about this community is the neighbors. There is always someone to give you a hand when you need it, someone to talk to when you´re down, someone to joke around or chat with, etc....
The nice cars coming out of our parking lot belong to people who work hard for them. Management and Maintenance do not forget about repairs to be made, they address them efficiently. Don´t be so quick to judge other people, especially when you know nothing about them.
Of course, this is an apartment community with all that goes with it: some reasonable noise level (no, not a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!); some lack of privacy, encountering neighbors at the mailboxes or on the parking lot...But that´s apartment living. If you don´t like it, don´t live in an apartment complex.
As far as I´m concerned, I would say this is a great community with great neighbors, a great location (can´t beat that!), great schools and nice apartments.
