SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for taking the time to review Saunders Crossing. We understand your frustrations and we have been working to make improvements. We will be working with a new trash company servicing the area who will bring additional signage with detailed instructions on how to use the compactor. Our maintenance staff works diligently while they are here to keep the area clean but the overflow is most often due to misuse. Additionally, a memo has been sent to all of our residents with instructions on how to properly use the compactor. We hope that these changes will help to improve the compactor area and appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
