I lived at 200 Mass Mills for over 10 years and loved it. The reason I left was because I bought a condo closer to work.
My apartment was in the front of the building and the large windows with the sun coming in all day was great. I did have a problem with some mice but I got a cat and never saw them again.
Never had any problems in the parking lot. The maintenance crew was always on hand if there any issues in the apartment. Never had any issues with the manager Catherine.
One thing was annoying was people tend to leave garbage in the hallways which looks bad. The maintenance crew went through every to clean it up but it's to bad the tenants keep on leaving stuff in the hallways.
The location was great because I could walk to the festivals in downtown. The word "luxury" is kind of a stretch, but it's not a bad place to live. Especially if you appreciate the architecture the buildings have.
