East Meadow Lane complex is mediocre. The first apt manager, Nicole, was a very sweet woman that cared about the residents. The newer manager, Beth, is less available and seems to care less. Parking is okay. A couple times a year the floor drain in the laundry room bubbled up sewage, which made the entire building smell pretty disgusting for days. They threw bleach on it instead of getting it professionally disinfected, which was kind of gross. Never put anything in the attic! Things get stolen frequently from there. The apartments themselves are small but okay. The appliances and fixtures are very dated, but again they are functional. They do not allow pets to new residents but it seems like older residents have cats. Safety and security is an issue, my car was broken into 3 times while we lived here. The younger residents frequently sit outside at night during the summer and caused quite a bit of noise, which was very disruptive while we were trying to sleep.
