I have lived here for 15 years and with every owner change, it just keeps getting worse and worse. They took away our main vistor parking leaving may 10 or 11 spots for visitors for the entire complex to store the supplies for there so called "upgrades" to the property and apartments. When I confront the office about this, they say that if it were our house, we could store our supplies where ever we chose. I have called the NY office and they say they will look into it, but it never happens.
The office staff is constantly loosing paperwork. We have gotten notices 2 or 3 times telling us to come down to refill out or sign paperwork that we have already signed, then they deny losing it.
During the renevations, there were circular saws, various other tools and hugh nails everywhere. The project was actully put off a little while becase OSHA came in there were a ton of complaints about their safety.
They are always closed. You get a notice on Thursday and they say they are closed Thursday and Friday. It's rediculous! Not they are very helpful anyways.
As I saw in another post, I think the tenents should have some kind of a group to stand up for our rights.
If you are looking to move here, don't! I would move in a NY second if I could afford it!
