I have lived at 36 Maple St.,for 4 yrs. I have not had any issues. I paid first/last month rent. The management is very accommodating and friendly. They seem to do their best.I call if I have a problem and they try had to please. I would re-rent here. I quess they can't please everyone all the time. The place is always cleaned.
