rented apartment at 33 maple st in may 2012 and I was told about 24 hour service. Don't know what is happening. There is an office in building with no lights on constantly. No management. If problems you call and no one responds. Bed bugs everywhere and all the tenants complaining. Washers/dryers ? All they want is rent every month and will do nothing more. Paid realtor for this place with all kinds of promises now no one is around. Make sure you get real story before signing lease. This place stinks.
