Have lived here for a few years and am now on the 3rd set of owners. The new management came in said they were going to clean up the mess Archstone made but if anything it has gotten worse. To add insult to injury, they have chosen not to open the pool this summer. That was the only amenity this complex had. They also chose not to inform anyone of this. The only way I found out was by asking "when" it was going to be opened and was told it would not. If I had a problem with this, I could call a phone number and express my concerns. Well, I did and that got me nowhere. I was told it was a "management decision" To date, no notice has been sent to any of the tenants and it does not look like anything will be.
It appears the new company is more interested in getting the vacant apartments rented than showing any courtesy to the existing tenants.
