I'm sorry to hear that your experience has fallen short of our goals. We now have a fully staffed maintenance team so you should see much faster responses moving forward. One thing that makes it harder for our teams to fix issues quickly is if we are not allowed to enter the apartment while residents are away. If we are given permission to enter then we can fix things much quicker. Regarding our pet policy we only allow dogs if there is a reasonable accomodation made for medical purposes. I believe the dogs you have seen were allowed in under those exemptions as we do not allow dogs as part of our general pet policy at this time. Use of the pool by residents is always free. Non-Resident guests do need to pay for a pass. This is done to make sure that our actual residents are able to enjoy the pool without too many non-residents taking up space. The police issues in your building were addressed by management through evictions and other methods. We take the management of our community very seriously and will deal with issues whenever they are reported. If you ever see people smoking you should let us know so that we can handle this lease violation and take further actions if necessary. We are proud of the team that we have at our community today and also have pride in our product. We hope that we can work with you to turn your experience around so that you can be a happy member of our community. We have just recently completed the new community clubhouse and fitness center which is a great amenity addition at Mansfield Meadows.
