I have lived in "the depo" or what is now known as Station Pointe since 1993. I grew up here ( still live here in my own apartment now) and have seen many changes, good and bad. I understand and respect how they are trying to change these apartments. Most people are reluctant to change, but we all have options and choose where to live. With every place there are hard workers and lazy workers just as there are hard working tenants and lazy tenants. I would recommend people to live here, especially if they have children. There is a sense of community here, and we look out for each other. I would recommend that they update all of the parks and basketball courts. Also offer more community gathering events during the day, but more so after working hours. I would also recommend more maintenance staff who REALLY want to do their job and do it effectively. The renovations in the apartments are good, but I think a good change of pipes and gutter out would be better. Price range is good.
