It is a bit noisy, I need to admit. There're trains, cars and also the floor is not that sound proof. The amenities are ok, just ok. What I want to bring up especially, is that it doesn't feel like living in a community. There's no activities or parties, and maintainance team are a little cold and distant, except one gentleman who i guess is the manager? I feel like I paid a lot but am living in an apartment that's far away from everything too..
