This property is lovely. I have a studio and I love the layout (especially the bathtub and balcony which are usually quite small in studios). The amenities are great, especially in the summer when you can enjoy the grills, riverfront and pool. I also love the grocery store downstairs which, albeit expensive, offers local options. The only "but" I have is the cost of water as it was much higher than I have ever paid, however everything else has been great!
