The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding the televisions. The challenge with their operation has been related to the input function being changed. The team is working on a posting (instructions) that will help better manage this. We are not aware of any missing packages, but rather delays in their distribution. The team had found couriers were returning to the site with packages they had missed / found on their truck from an earlier delivery that morning or late evening the day before. This has been corrected by ensuring the package count that is signed for is what was delivered. I am sorry that you are not happy with your renewal. Looking at or commenting upon our residents as ATMâ??s is just not something that the team or I would entertain.
