Its a structurally and aesthectically good place. The administration sucks. They lied to me when I notified them that I had to vacate 2 months before my contrcat ended. I was interested in adding a new tenant to the lease and they encouraged me to do so. But, asked me to sign a termination agreement which did not specifically rule out the option of finding and adding a new tenant. We found a tenant and in this process interacted with the office staff 4 times and they continued to encourage us to find a new tenant. When I found a tenant and asked to bring her to make a new contract, they said they already rented out the apartment and that it was not an option anymore. Both the office girls lied to me and are callous. I asked to speak to the Senior Manager and it took her over a month to call me (May 24th to June 27th). The Senior Manager tells me she didn't call because I signed the termination agreement and there was no reason to call, she was busy and she was out for a few days. She is no better than the office girls. They are noisy. The tenants have big dogs, pit bulls, boxers, etc. The dog owners do not pick up after and the whole lawn is dotted with dog poop. There are tenants who smoke right outside the front door. And, many dog owners let the dogs do the deed right in front of the complex front door at night. The apartment is not children friendly.
