Avalon Northborough is a beautiful apartment complex with high ceilings and spacious layouts. But that does come at a hefty pricetag. And with all of the shopping right next door, and 3 new restaurants opening up next Spring, driving in and out of the apartment community to get to your own home is difficult with the high traffic, and the constant noise of trucks and cars coming up and down Shops Way. Many residents do not abide by the noise regulations and the walls are very thin. The grounds are kept impeccably maintained, and the maintenance crew is professional and courteous and takes care of issues promptly.
