Had a 1 bedroom. Very tiny (bedroom barely fits queen sized bed furniture set), over priced, poor quality amenities (washer &a dryer suck, not granite counters). It is a constant struggle and fight for parking because you've got tenants renting a 2 bedroom apartment but 5 people are living there, and of course they each have a car. Trash and recycling are always full on the weekends and the maintenance guys help themselves into your apartment with no warning (email, call, letter). If you want a dog or cat you pay an extra $500 a month. Good points are for the most part it's quiet and its gas appliances and heating. Added note: be careful at the intersections to enter the complex, car accidents are common.
