No looking back... (don't settle!)
I lived here for two solid years. The first year, my rent was $1185 for a one bedroom. At the end of my year lease I decided to go month-to-month. They charged me a $50/month fee to go month-to-month. For the second year, my rent was $1235. At the end of the second year they raised the rent to $1335/month for a one bedroom. The neighbors across the hall (same apt style/size) continue to only pay $995/month in their second year's lease. Mgmnt would not even work with me to keep me as a resident. My rent was never late and I settled for the place as is. I didn't complain or bother anybody.

Now... I am living in a 3 bedroom apartment in Quincy with a ton of windows, a real dining room, and more space than I know what to do with. I love it. AND... I am only paying $1000/month. I got lucky with finding this place and I am not looking back.

Advice... search hard and long... don't settle for Faxon Commons. If you do decide to live here, plan on paying higher rent every year or try not to get settled, you'll want to move soon after signing the lease.Share This Review
