Garbage
The place looks great, the staff seem nice, never had a problem with staff. The gym and "rec" area is one room, feels weird when you're working out and there are people watching a movie on the big screen laughing and giggling, not a huge deal. The biggest problems I have with this building is the cold showers I'm forced to take everyday, the paper thin walls, and the "heat". Cold showers: If it's peak time, you will not get hot water, you may not even get lukewarm water. I try taking showers at night before I go to bed, still not hot. Very rarely can I enjoy a nice HOT shower. If you enjoy cold showers this could be a plus for you. Walls: Turn the TV and the lights off in you're bedroom and you will hear the casual conversation your neighbors are having. Lucky for my I get to hear their pillow talk every night before I fall asleep. On some special nights I get to hear something a little extra too. If you are a creep this would be a plus for you. Heat: Their are 4 vents in the whole apartment. 1 in each bedroom and 2 in the dinning/kitchen/living area. Both bathrooms have no heat, so once you finish your cold shower you are smacked in the face with a nice cold room. My heat in on "95 degrees", but yet it's about 65 degrees in my bedroom. The whole heating system is insufficient. If you are cold blooded this could be a plus for you. I must sound like a negative person, but this place does have many nice features as well. The garage parking is nice (small spots plus you have to pay for it), but many buildings in this price range will offer it to their tenants. The buildings appearance is very nice, I get many compliments from friends when they visit. Also this building feels safe.Share This Review
