I am concerned about the mold you see in your windows. This may be from condensation build-up in the winter months that hasn't been wiped down. We will need to treat this for you and repaint your window sills. Could you please give us a call or email directly so that our maintenance team can address this issue? We will be professionally steam-cleaning all hallway carpets beginning next Monday, April 13th. After that time, please let us know if you see any other areas in need of additional cleaning & we will take care of it. The elevator carpets will also all be replaced next week.
