PROs: Wicked nice office staff, friendly neighbors, very warm community. This is a very typical "large city" apartment complex. A large building overall. The apartment I had was very nice. Wall to Wall carpeting, very open floor plan, clean as a whistle. Bathroom has a nice large mirror and big shower. The balcony is nice in the summer time. The office staff is very very friendly! The apartment I was in had a built in Washer & Dryer. In fact all the appliances were very nice and in good shape. CONs:The first con isn't the fault of the complex at all, but get ready for Willard St. It's insanely busy. Especially during evening rush hour and even more so Mid Nov-Late Dec. Also you're not really "close" to any immediate conveniences, such as Grocery or drug stores. There is shopping about two miles south in Braintree, but you have to go through six lights and a ton of traffic to get there. The other one that bothered me quite a bit is I feel like they enter your apartment too many times throughout the year. They're excellent about notifying you of coming in with 48 hrs notice, but they don't coordinate visits, so it tends to be a monthly thing. One month air filters, one month smoke detectors, one month water meters. It's not a public area, it's my private living space. That is my biggest gripe about the complex itself. People below comment about the rent. It's average for close to Boston and the highway in a managed place. They don't cover any other expenses, except for Garbage removal. Parking can be real tight and the garage is over priced. And the noise is very average for living in an apartment. None of these are deal breakers for this place, in my opinion. I've been in far worse. Overall, I liked it there, and if the circumstances arose, I'd consider the place again.
