As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. As for parking, the rate of $60 per month has not increased from previous management. If you have any questions about this policy, please let me know. I think you'll find that we have made many renovations to common areas, including the gym, game room, and lounge area. If you are having problems with an outdated appliance, please alert the office so that we can perhaps replace it.
