I've been living at Rosecliff II (formerly Cliffwalk) for a few years now. It was great place to live until Equity Residential purchased the property. The average lease renewal increase is 25% to 50%. I appealed to the property manager for a renewal concession, and was not even granted any consideration despite my excellent record as a tenant. Also the parking garage used to be an extra $50.00 on top of the rent; that has since jumped to $90.00. The apartments are not worth the rent they are asking. Other apartment properties in Quincy offer stainless steel appliances, and granite counters for nearly the same rent. This property use to bill itself as "luxury living", however they dropped that slogan when Equity Residential purchased the property. Visit the property during non-office hours and ask some the tenants about the renewal increases and other varies increases in fees. You have been warned!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The team and I at Rosecliff do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. As for parking, the rate of $60 per month has not increased from previous management. If you have any questions about this policy, please let me know. I think you'll find that we have made many renovations to common areas, including the gym, game room, and lounge area. If you are having problems with an outdated appliance, please alert the office so that we can perhaps replace it.
