Easy move-in experience, but no immediate resident parking available (bummer). Great neighborhood restaurants. Clean common areas. Easy commute to connector highways and great proximity to the city. Extremely quite apartments.

The noise from the trucks on Cottage Ave in the morning. It is pretty loud for residents on that side. It would be helpful to either have the trucks parked a bit further or have them come later in the day.

Everything is great. Staffs are always kind and helpful, maintenance teams are so fast and perfect and neighbors are friendly and gentle. I love amenities, too. Gym, lobby, party room, meeting room and even outdoor space is also fabulous.

It was done seamlessly without any issues. The maintenance team came in soon after the maintenance form was submitted and analyzed the issue. Once the replacement blinds arrived. They came and replaced it without any issues. They left the apartment clean

I dont interact with neighbors much other than to say hello though their are social events. Maintenance in the apartment has been ok but in common areas has been mixed (broken trash/recycle chute for a year but corridors/ lobbies are well maintained)

WOC is in a great location and has a beautiful lobby. Convenient parking garage for an additional price. Apartments arent as nice as nearby competition and are priced higher than what theyre worth. Walls are very thin!

The staff is incredibly helpful! I couldnt be happier. They are very approachable. The apartment itself is very nice and the lighting is great. The restaurants around the area are very lively :) I am very happy to have moved here.
