I have been living at Ocean Point for two years, the apartments are in great condition and it's pretty close to public transportation. Maintance personal does a great job but the rugs and carpet in the common areas and halfways are extremely dirty and will have to be change for something else . The heat works with electricity and during winter time the bills could be really high for 1br around $110-130. The parking lot is a plus but if you work night shifts It can be very difficult to find a spot after 11pm especially on winter time , they don't tow unauthorized vehicles or the comercial cars like (vans, limo and taxis ) that are usually taking resident spots; I find the parking sticker useless. They do increase the rent every year like 7% or 8% that is not negotiable , the worst things is that they will charge you more than the newcomers (like $75 extra) which makes no sense ,so we will be moving out since it's very unfordable .
