We have several state-of-the-art laundry centers spread across your residential community which is the most efficient manner to provide this service rather than having laundry appliances in every single residential unit. If locks or other furnishings are not working properly, we encourage you to submit a maintenance work order request and our staff will investigate the issue promptly and take any corrective action that is necessary.

Dear Resident - Our biggest asset at Stony Brook Commons is our communication with our residents. If there is an issue, please report the issue during the timeframe it is going on, so we can confirm and addressed the situation immediately. We need as much detail as possible in order to properly ascertain the location of the offense. Normal noise is acceptable during the daytime and our quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. We are always unhappy when we can't satisfy the expectations of our residents, but will endeavor to do better with your issues going forward.

Dear Resident - I thank you for your long term residency at Stony Brook Commons. We often have requests for items to be completed inside of units and we are happy to take the time to review the items with all residents. Please call the office to schedule a home visit to review with our maintenance supervisor. With regard to your inquiry on being allowed door mats on the outside of your entrance, please understand that per order of the fire department. They do not wish anything to impede their pathway.
