After i moved out, they replaced the carpet for the whole unit and sent me a bill claiming that the replacement was because i left stains on the carpet. They did two inspections before i moved out and found nothing. The stain was as big as a golf ball and it was so light that it was almost invisible(see the picture). After i moved out, i called them and see if there is anything they found that i should know about. They say nothing about the carpet replacement. Then they hit me with the bill which not only wipe out the security deposit, i became owing them money. I was so frustrated about their unethical practice that i hired a lawyer to fight them on court. The judge just ruled in favor of me and their case was dismissed.
SO JUST A WARNING GUYS, IF YOU RENT WITH THEM, DONT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WITHOUT A FIGHT!
