I would strongly advise anyone who wants to rent from here, to reconsider it. They charge you fee's all the time, for whatever they can, the property manager is horrendous, and absolutely unprofessional. If you need something fixed immediately in your apartment, don't expect it to be fixed that week. It takes weeks to fix the simplest tasks and that's all due to the property manager who has poor communication skills to the maintenance team. I had to inquire 3 weeks later to get something replaced in the apartment because it wasn't ever going to get fixed. Turns out, the property manager "forgot". Individuals are allowed to smoke in the building FYI, and there are a mix between senior citizens and recent grads. Expect parties and older folk around. People scream in the hallways and if you are not living on the top floor, expect major noise from your neighbors above. The gym that is provided is shoved into a tiny space and the lighting does not work. If you don't empty your mailbox every single day, believe that you will get a note telling you to empty your mailbox. If work needs to be done to the parking lot where you park, they do not give you alternate parking and they never know when projects will be completed. Extremely inconvenient. Don't call the property manager on the phone because she gives you serious attitude. The inside reminds me of a dorm room. I was also notified that this building was low income housing for some. There are cheaper, better places to rent from. This place has been extremely difficult and I was happy that I did not sign a 12 MO lease.

Our goal is to provide a great living experience for all of our residents, and though we are disappointed we have been unable to do this for you, we appreciate your feedback as it gives us an opportunity to improve our services. We take your concerns seriously, and we will make every effort not to let you down in the future. Usually, maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours, though sometimes they do take longer for complete resolution, depending on the request. If you still have any outstanding maintenance concerns, please contact us immediately, we will ensure that you receive the quickest possible service. We do sincerely apologize for your inconvenience relating to the parking repairs. As there are no alternate parking that we are able to reserve, we did refund your parking fees for the days you were unable to park; we hope that you are pleased with the results of the repairs. If you witness any noise disturbances or other common-area disturbances, please also alert us immediately â?? we will respond and address it promptly with the offenders. We have recently relocated the gym to provide a new space, please visit the new gym on the third floor across from the new bike storage room at your convenience. We hope that you will be pleasantly surprised with the changes. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the mailboxes as that is the purview of the U.S. Postal Service, but we are currently looking into some upgrade options for that area.
