Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you have been dissatisfied with your experience here. You've expressed several concerns which would be best discussed in person with our property manager, Renee. With more facts, perhaps she can provide you with some peace-of-mind. She can then share your concerns with our on-site courtesy patrol...who will then monitor any problem areas. Most importantly, we'd like to address your fire alarm concerns. When the fire alarm system goes off, it immediately sends a signal directly to the fire department. The fire department arrives and will disarm the system when appropriate, though it does sometimes require assistance from the vendor. Again, please bring your specific concerns so we can address them directly. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you're experiencing.
