I lived at 85 Trapelo Road for a year in a one-bedroom apartment -- your basic enter in the kitchen, living room is straight ahead of you, bedroom is next to that, and bathroom is off the kitchen. I only moved out since I moved in with my fiance. It was a nice apartment, small, but homey. A lot of people in my building were dissatisfied with Phil Ballo´s handling of maintenance. He rarely came and fixed anything. There was also only one washer and dryer for 12 apartments. The rent was raised from $750 for a one bedroom (the building is all one bedrooms) to $780, but I moved out before I had to pay that too long. I hear it´s almost up to $900, but that´s reasonable considering its good locaiton. The pros were that there was plenty of parking for guests, recycling, the grounds were well-maintained, Phil did put in a new intercom system, the carpeting was nice in my apartment, it was reasonably quiet, I liked my neighbors and they were fairly considerate, and there was storage. Not a bad place to live overall, but I´m glad I own now.
