There are a number of students living in the building, but I've never had a problem with them. I've found the building to reasonably nice, hardly spectacular, but clean and new. The staff seems to have their act reasonably together, and my service requests (ice maker, garbage dispsal, blinds, etc), were all addressed promptly. As an earlier poster mentioned, last year the A/C was shutdown over one rather hot summer night for some kind of emergency work, it sucked, but these things happen, was only the one night, and I haven't had an A/C problem since. This seems to be one of the better buildings in waltham, if pricey. There are a fair number of apparent university students in the building (though, how many of those, like me are actually young professionals, rather than students, I don't know, nor does it really matter), but I haven't had any problems with them (my unit overlooks a parking lot, which has been a much bigger nusance) vis a vis noise. The gated underground parking garage is nice, though could stand to be better lit (they revamped the ligting a year ago, and it improved some, but could have been brighter). They have addressed the vallet-cart shortage, albeit by requiring you to exchange an ID for the cart (apparently people were holding on to them for days), this is probably my biggest gripe about the building operation itself, and I have a hard time getting too worked up about it. There's also a nice free (to residents) fitness center which I could stand to make more use of, in whcih they seem to have recently upgraded all the equipment. All in all I've found it to be a perfectly decent (if not spectacular) place which I'd reccomend.

Note that the quality of view and noise is highly variable from unit to unit (facing street, parking lot, river, patio, over a resturant, etc) so bear that in mind during deliberations.
