I've been living at Gardencrest for two years and overall it hasn't been that bad.

The wall are thin, and you can hear your neighbors in the mornings. The parking lot is almost always available, except during snow storms. If you get a renovated townhouse you are better off as you will avoid some of the issues with the floors/basements. Keep in mind that it is expensive (they have prices online).

The worst thing for me is going into the city and taking the 70/70a bus. It never follows the schedule (don't know why they even have one) and when it does show up it's packed. The only option is the commuter rail which works but once every two hours (past 9am or 7pm) sucks! I’m moving back to JP.

The Gardencrest office seems to try hard enough but with the turn over, some one is always new and being trained when you go in. Over all it’s ok, not the best and I’ve seen much worse – mediocre.
