Our rates change daily and often fluctuate greatly, depending upon availability, seasonality, length of lease term signed, and popularity of your particular floor plan. Rates change day-to-day. Please come into the office so that we can compare apples to apples and discuss the rates you have seen. We would also like the opportunity to identify the neighbor that is disturbing you and the timer for the lights in the courtyard; if we do not know about it, we are not able to fix it. Hi , We are happy that you like you like the community and spacious apartment. Most people would like to have all utilities included, however in an age where everyone strives for greener living, separately metered utilities make sense because they force individuals to be more responsible with conserving usage and energy. This incentive is lacking in apartments that include utilities. We appreciate your perspective and hope you understand that by charging individuals for what they use, it reduces and eliminates waste.
