The staff are not really nice honestly they don t care about tenants at all. You call to address an issue or concern and you hear crickets on the other side, some of them act like they care but nothing gets done. The dumpster is gross sometimes you find a rat, raccoon or a skunk. Trash from the dumpster ends up all over the parking lot. They replaced the regular washers and dryers and put in double stackers washer/dryers. They don't wash the cloths well and they are so small you have to "stuff" a comforter in the washer and they don't come out clean. I have to wash them down the street. Every time I called to let them know that they were not working it was like not calling them. Months and months would go by before they fixed the machines. These machines only have these options cold/delicate, warm/permanent or hot/regular. When I moved in the parking s spaces were assigned to each tenant and it was $20, but I did not mind because I did not have to worry about searching for a parking space late at night, especially when I was taking care of my mom to late hours waiting for my dad to come home from work. Now they have taken away the assigned parking spaces and they are still going to charge the parking fee, which was $25 when I moved out. I was charged the $25.00 dollars for the last two months I lived there and I could not even park in my assigned space due to construction that was only supposed to be a week project. I tried to get a refund before I moved out but they would not give me a refund. One of the my biggest concerns about the unassigned parking was the snow conditions. When I expressed my concern of the unassigned parking spaces which was mainly about me plowing out my car out and someone else deciding to park in that space because it was conveniently plowed is really unfair. They did not care. Last year it took them hours hours hours to have the parking plowed in a regular snow day. Rent Deals = Rent Increases Don't fall for this propaganda! One month free of rent with no down payment! They increase your rent by $100 dollars a year and they also increased the parking three times by $5.00 every lease renewal. Now don't get me wrong they have improved the property surroundings but your increases are part of the improvements :(. They are better and nicer places and people around this area. I am so happy now that I moved. It is the difference between night and day. I have my own assigned parking space I am so happy! This place looks amazing from the outside trees, flowers and green grass sounds and looks perfect but the apartments are not very well maintained. Leak stains in the hallway corridors and the management team is awful. I never do reviews but I had to. Advised by close friends and family. I might not influence your decision but at least I will feel better when I sleep at night knowing that I was able to at least warn some potential tenants of my bad experience.
