I just moved in a few months ago and everything is great so far. The location is great, close to mostly everything. I work at Baystate Hospital, and my commute is easy, plenty of stores close by as well. Bills are easy because heat, hot water and cable are included in my rent. Everyone here seems friendly. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with, and seem to be right on top of things. Theres a laundry room here too which is convenient. So far I have enjoyed my stay here and would certainly recommend it.
