It takes a very long time to get things fixed. You have to ask multiple times before the maintenance guy actually comes to fix the problem. Its very expensive for a very small apartment and they raise the rent every time the lease renews. The laundry unit is not well kept. Also the washers and dryers are always broken. I have to use a laundrymat to do my laundry. I will not be renewing my lease when it expires. I wouldn't recommend renting an apt at the Courtyards.
