What a beautiful location and friendly staff! They are really knowledgeable about the area. The location is great! Spa Cove is right on the water and you can take a water taxi to downtown Annapolis! I feel like it's a private resort!

I've been looking for a new home, this property is just what I want! Great staff, very welcoming, on the water, 5 minutes to Rt 50, close to shopping and everything! Recommended by a friend who lives here, can't wait to move in!!

Do not move here.. roaches, bed bugs... they come into your apartment whenever they want. They give a date range when they are coming and it can be any time. I was in bed when an exterminator entered my apartment without knocking. Been here 2 months… See More

My wife and I are loving Spa Cove so far! Nice amenities, spacious apartments, and beautiful wooded and waterfront common areas. The staff has been wonderful - very friendly, helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend!!

Do NOT move in here!! Paper thin walls (floors and ceilings too), you will hear your neighbor snoring, babies crying, music, you name it, at all hours. Worse, there is a very serious cockroach problem. They make residents remove all contents of kitchen

Just trash. All of your one star reviews are extremely accurate. The five star reviews must be employees or something. Manager is rude. Gym equipment is poor. Killed so many crickets and a few brown recluse spiders

I never type reviews but have to say, this has been a great summer so far, so glad I moved here. Great pool, gym and have met some great new friends! Loving Spa Cove so far!! I definitely recommend!!

Where to begin. MANAGEMENT SHOWS ZERO CONCERN FOR RESIDENT SAFETY. The management is a joke and they don't care about the residents whatsoever. Parking is a nightmare, and is not enforced. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE -------S. They just steal your money for a ------ apartment and have HORRIBLE customer service. The Location is very Dangerous. Parking is impossible to get. The Maintenance is horrible .
