Wonderful location! Unfortunately, the management leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid the newly renovated units, the renovations are VERY poor quality. Watergate has always been a nice community. Since the ownership transfer, the buildings (light bulbs, internal chipping paint, etc) have not had the attention that they once did. I have been extremely happy with my experience living at Watergate Village /Pointe. The staff is very helpful, my apartment and view are beautiful and the maintenance work is quick and efficient. I have been living here for four years and couldn't be happier!

This is a wonderful apartment community. Updated apartments with plenty of amenities; the price is consistent with the area. The few issues I've had have been handled promptly and professionally. I've been here 8 months and have enjoyed it. No regrets. See More

I love my apartment. It is only 633 square feet but feels much larger because of the beautiful water views. I call it my haven! And the upgrades are impressive - great kitchen and pretty hardwood flooring. The walks along the water are great!! See More

We had a great experience moving into Watergate Village. The staff is available all the time, with a great smile and amazing service. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. THe bay is just around the corner. Overall, we love it! recommend it!

Waterfront location in Eastport is great. The boat slip rates are reasonable for residents. New management has some deficiencies to overcome. Overall I recommend the property, however dealing with Bainbridge office staff is a total headache. See More
