o Post this review with '3' Stars after 6 months stay: I spent months looking for the right home, not sure 222 Saratoga was the right choice for me! Yet, it definitely offers space above all things with respect for price. However, be prepared to encounter a trade-off; property still utilizes key-cards oppose to key FOBs so you'll have to joggle using your keys in addition to locating your access-card. Also, for an extra $50 dollars to the standard price ($125) for garage parking next to the building, you can receive building connected garage parking (limited space). Note: property is undergoing unit upgrades, so not all units are installed with energy saving appliances. Overall, the staff is wonderful, the price is right, the neighbors are amazing. Oh, let me not forget to mention; maintenance here is border-line okay! The property uses an online service request system, however; tickets are often closed out before repairs are completed. Outside of the nearby construction, homeless shelter, and detention center the property is conveniently located within the city. Not sure I'd recommend this for a family, but yeah students/residents looking for a short-term lease at a reasonable rate. Hey this is the place for you!
