Heres an honest assessment of Bonnie Ridge.

First the good: Close to I83 and 695, so if you work downtown it seems like the ideal location. For being an old complex the inside seemed to be kept up fairly. You can find a parking spot fairly close to your apartment.

Now the BAD: When we moved in the carpet was destroyed. They changed it the next week but only half of the apartment. So for the rest of our lease we have carpet that is two very different colors. It seems like you can only fit a pillowcase into the washing machine at one time due to the size of it. The dryer vents into the apartment so if you want to breath you need to go outside when drying clothes. The thermostat will not let you go above 72 degrees, and that is not very warm in those apartments in the winter. Since we have moved in the water has been cut off 4 or 5 times due to broken pipes underground. The propery manager is useless, and I mean that honestly. His manager, the regional manager, is even more useless and a complete jerk. He uses deragatory language towards you if you are a young professional.

Now the ugly: Ratio Utility Billing- They use it, and they did not let me know they did. It is a formula for how they calculate your heat usage, not by how much you actually use. If you are a young professional at work most of your days stay far far far away from this magical place.

This is my honest opinion, I hope you take my advise and never ever rent here.
