I have lived at Burnam Woods Apts. for years. The staff is always available and courteous and willing to help in anyway. One must realize that apartment living is different than living in a single home. I too occasionally hear noise, but that's to be expected. Some people need to live in a senior community or live in a single home with no one around them.
