I've lived a Burnam Woods Apartments since they were built. They've had the same maintenance man and only two managers during that entire period. In my opinion, each has been excellent. The residences are almost centrally located among Baltimore City, Towson and Belair. There is wonderful shopping and every imaginable restaurant nearby. The apartments are one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedrooms with a den. Each comes with a formal dining room and an eat-in kitchen. The appliances are energy efficient with washers and dryers included. There is wall to wall carpeting and a balcony or porch in each apartment. I've never seen a bug. If there are any present, they spray for them immediately. The mainteneance is controlled by Awalt Builders and the "husband and wife team" do an excellent job. If you are looking for a spacious apartment that is well maintained you should visit Burnam Woods and see for yourself.
