My husband and I have lived in this building for two years. In the last year, the owners of the building have made many positive changes, such as hiring a professional security firm to oversee the safety of the building and tenants, a cleaning company to maintain the building, and hiring friendly and attentive management. The apartments are large, light, and airy with new appliances and nice details such as marble shower tiles and granite counter tops. We have never really had an issue with anything in our apartment, but whenever we have needed something like a guest parking pass or a new key fob, the staff has always been friendly and attentive.
