Harbor City is quiet & neighbors are friendly. This is affordable place to stay, wish these unit had a washer & dryer. Hopefully in the future this neighborhood will have community activities and a fitness center.

The staff in the rental office are pleasant and friendly. The apartment I moved into was newly renovated and installed with all new appliances. The maintenance can do a little better with responses. The neighborhood is great and convenient to local shops and stores.
