This property would be an excellent place to live if the property was cared for. I moved my family into a unit that I did not get an opportunity to see, they show you the model unit, not the actual unit that you would be renting. The unit 's oven is a wall unit that only has one baking rack and does not heat to it's proper temp. After several repair tickets being called in I was told that there were no additional racks nor were they able to fix the temp issue without having to remove the entire unit! So needless to say it takes me 4-5 hours to bake a Sunday meal, because I can only place one dish in at a time. The flooring in the kitchen is slanted which caused any pot placed on the stove to lean. Nothing could be done for this matter either. My patio was to be repaired within 30 day of me moving in that never happen. The patio is apart from the brick, which is a safety hazard. The staff that they have to make repairs in your home are not qualified, they never know anything and always need to confer with their BOSS Mike , who is rude and disrespectful and never fixes anything , he will come out and look not touch any issue, and most of all never fix anything. I am just holding on until I can find a more suitable home for my family. I would not recommend for anyone to move their family into these homes. Your experience will be a nightmare. Well your no longer Mid Atlantic so what does Atlantic Reality plan do to differently to make their renters feel like their home. My overall rating is much less than a 1, however there is not a lower option. Sad for such a nice area to live.
