A showing was set up for a couple days later at 2pm. The day of, the agent is a no show. I decided to wait for a bit because who knows, there could be traffic, another showing went long, whatever. At 2:15, not having heard from anyone, I call the office. I speak to someone who says he will let the agent know I'm waiting. The agent is there and gets on the phone, calls me by a different name, and then says I was supposed to call her 5 minutes before the appointment time. I don't recall that, maybe she did, but why would she be waiting to hear from me, we already made the appointment. She said she could be there in 5 minutes, I said I couldn't wait and that I would need to reschedule. She said Okay and then immediately hung up. What bothered me was the complete lack of any respectful customer service or communication. There was no apology for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. Even if she thinks she was in the right, there was no courtesy in her tone, no willingness to remedy the situation.
