I have only been here a few months and have had issues with office staff, maintenance and neighbors. I am a single woman with three children and pets. I asked to be placed on the bottom floor to be considerate because I workout daily, and have children and animals, but was placed on the second floor. The neighbors started sending me letters, sending the office letters, much of the info is false. The office asked me to transfer, I didn't want to have to move again. Getting services and furniture delivered was hard, plus we asked to be on the bottom to begin with. The staff told me the buildings were sound proof so I didn't think noise would be an issue. Now the management has asked me to vacate the premisis because of noise. I have children and pets, they can sometimes make noise. I told them the neighbors were being unreasonable, so I asked them to consider a transfer. There was only one unit available and they wanted me to pay more for it and never let me c it. I met another tenant here, a man wirh children and a dog who lives on the second floor also. He told me he had issues with his neighbors complaining of noise, but was never asked to transfer or given letters of violations or asked to vacate. He told me his neighbors moved. I was also served papers yesterday from court. I have had many maintenance issues while this has been going on and they have not came to fix any in my apartment or the building. I am always on time with my rent. The community looks beautiful and is upkept well. Don't let that fool you. If you are a single woman with children and / or animals, I do not recommend moving here.
