Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review our community. I am sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your overall experience here and would love to discuss in more detail if you can give us a call at the leasing office (443-759-9136). The utility costs in the homes will range depending on individual usage, but we estimate anywhere between $50-250 on our tours. Different homes, such as the lofts, will always be a bit more since they have the 20' ceilings and much larger windows. The windows in the building are original from 1926, as we are on the Historic Register, so often they are not able to be open for safety reasons, as is the case with many of the historic high-rises Downtown. Regarding your other concerns, all move out costs are delineated in the lease as well as the letter you receive when you return your notice that you'll be vacating, but I do apologize if there was any confusion in those costs for you. The lock on the front door did malfunction recently, but it was repaired and re-locked within the week, and the front desk security has been in place whenever scheduled with the exception of holidays and one emergency incident within the past month. We take the security of our building very seriously. Any elevator issues are always addressed immediately, but with 93 year old machines, often the parts need to be custom or special ordered. We have never had more than one machine out of commission though, leaving two always available to be used and reserved for the convenience of the residents. Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out. Our rent includes use of all 24-hour amenities and of course your home! The utilities all get billed based on your individual usage. Water bills are added to your rental account for convenient payment, and your electric bill will just come in the mail through BGE like any other bill. Comcast would also be something you could opt to set up or not. Those are the usual expenses folks incur in addition to the rent.
