This community is overall a good community but management has been short of maintenance staff quite often since I been here. Im still here because I dont lke moving like a gypsy. I want to eventually buy a house.I referred someone and never gt compensated for it and when morgan property took over I was told that It doesn't carry over. I even called corporate and the lady response was " how did you find me". She was suppose to handle it and get back with me but she didn't.She never returned my calls. On the last survey, I complained about my refrigerstor. It stays moist inside because the rubber seal hangs at the bottom or the refrigerator. I put in several orders for this and talked to maintenance also. They even delivered a black refrigerator saying that they will order me a white one.I refused the black refrigerator because I knew thast I would be stuck with it and would never receive a white one that goes with my appliances. I was the informed that They dont order white anymore and was assured that I would get a used white one in excellent condition which never happened. After complaining on the previous survey, I received a phone call from the rental office in reference to my refrigerator and was assured that I would be recieving one but it never happened. It's not on file now because I received a letter from the rental officr stating that they were going to clear the old maintenance request and start over.Its a shame because in all the years that I been here, I never been late on my rent and the only update I had was new cabinets and I had to stay on them about that.That was over 15 years ago.tenants in my area has new lighting in the kitchen and backsplash. They wait until someone move out to put in updates which is not fair because the rent goes up every year.In conclusion, I'm still here because I dont like moving around. My next move will be in a new home.
