I wouldn't recommend this apartment unless you are single with no family and have low standards for quality of living. The amount you pay for rent is not worth the price. Expect pests (they have roaches, bedbugs, and mice!). Expect the office manager to be unprofessional and unresponsive to your concerns. Expect to hear lots of noise for your neighbors, the walls and floors are very thin, so you can hear your neighbor's music, tv, phone conversations, sex, etc. The main doors to the buildings are not secured by locks so anyone can walk into your building. Many college students stay here so expect loud parties and marijuana. Expect maintenance to do a poor job fixing things. There is only one guy that does a good job. And expect your visitor's cars to get towed if they down have a parking pass.

Dear valued resident, We are sorry to hear about your recent experience. I am certain it was never the intention of the leasing staff to come across as unprofessional or unresponsive. Please understand that in multi-family living, you should expect to hear noises from neighboring apartments. However, should you feel these noises are excessive, please be sure to contact your community leasing center so they may investigate. In addition, should you be experiencing any pest issues within your home, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve this issue. We must work together to help keep a thriving community for all. Lastly, all residents are issued a yearly parking sticker to park on the property. All guests must also be issued a temporary parking pass, via the leasing office, in order to park on the property. Should you like to further discuss, we invite you to stop into the office or email us at Walkermanor2@marylandmgmt.com

Maintenance staff is incompetent and leasing staff is unprofessional does not respond to emails. There are ongoing pest issues that remain unresolved. Walls are paper thin so hard to block out noises from other neighbors especially when there are parties.
